Feeling stressed? Anxious? Confused? Scared? Lonely? Overwhelmed? Or just.... blah? I have an excellent cure for those things :)

1. Wait til it's late at night
2. Get in your car
3. Turn on your favorite chill/relaxing music
4. (secretly pray that it's raining or for rain to come cause it makes the whole experience that much better)
5. Drive to a Temple or any other peaceful place that's away from the noise and the world
6. Park your car and turn off your phone
7. Sit. Think. Pray. Listen.
8. Then drive home, and you'll feel completely refreshed and cleansed. :)
